This is the Website Portal for the Via Marina Tahiti Homeowner's Association.

Do I have to have an account?

In order to gain access to the online community for the Via Marina Tahiti HOA, you need to be a registered home owner. This means your name is registered as a legal owner.

Approval of registrants is based on the list of legal owners registered with the management company, there is no other mechanism for registrants to be confirmed owners. If you are not a legal owner (i.e. renter, unnamed spouse on deed/title, child, sibling etc) we have no way of approving your registration.

You can create an account by clicking on the link on the upper right side of this screen. When you submit your information the submission will be compared against home owner records to validate your request. If you are a registered property owner you will be given access.

Once submitted the administration team will validate you are a property owner within the community and approve you. You will be notified of your acceptance via email, with the email you registered for.
